Youthful State Biomarkers

Meaning

A panel of quantifiable biological indicators, measurable in blood, saliva, or other tissues, whose values are statistically and physiologically associated with a state of robust health, optimal organ function, and low disease risk typically seen in younger adults. These biomarkers serve as objective targets for anti-aging and longevity interventions, moving beyond simple chronological age. Examples include optimal levels of DHEA-S, growth factors, specific lipid ratios, and low inflammatory markers.
