Youthful Reference Range

Meaning

A clinically determined set of laboratory values for hormones, metabolic markers, and other physiological parameters that correspond to the optimal functional levels typically observed in healthy, asymptomatic adults in their prime (e.g., 25-35 years old). This range is used as a superior therapeutic target compared to the broader, statistically derived ‘normal’ ranges, which often include values from older, less healthy populations. Achieving this range is a goal of restorative hormonal therapy.
