Visible Biomarkers

Meaning

These are quantifiable biological or physiological characteristics that can be observed or measured externally on an individual, providing non-invasive indicators of underlying systemic health, hormonal status, and biological age. Examples include skin turgor, hair density, lean muscle mass visibility, and overall body composition distribution. These markers offer immediate, tangible feedback on the efficacy of clinical interventions and the state of internal body chemistry. They serve as a bridge between internal science and external presentation.
