Urogenital Health

Meaning

Urogenital health refers to the optimal structural integrity and functional performance of the urinary and reproductive systems. These systems, anatomically and physiologically linked, include the kidneys, ureters, bladder, and urethra, alongside the male reproductive organs (testes, prostate, seminal vesicles, penis) and female reproductive organs (ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, vagina). Maintaining the health of these interconnected components is essential for waste elimination, fluid balance, and reproductive capacity.
