TRT Administration Methods refer to the various pharmaceutical delivery systems utilized to introduce exogenous testosterone into the body for the clinical management of Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). These methods include, but are not limited to, intramuscular injections, subcutaneous injections, transdermal gels or patches, oral capsules, and subdermal pellets. The selection of a specific method is a critical clinical decision based on the patient’s preference, desired pharmacokinetic profile, and tolerance for side effects.
