Training Adaptability

Meaning

The physiological capacity of the body to effectively respond to and positively remodel in reaction to a physical training stimulus, resulting in measurable improvements in strength, endurance, or body composition. This essential capacity is highly dependent on a robust and balanced endocrine environment, particularly the availability of anabolic hormones and the efficient management of training-induced systemic stress. Diminished training adaptability is a primary clinical sign of hormonal imbalance or chronic overtraining.
