Taxable Income

Meaning

In the metaphorical context of hormonal health, Taxable Income refers to the total available pool of energy, hormonal precursors, and physiological reserves that the body can draw upon for daily function, maintenance, and adaptation, after accounting for mandatory biological expenses. These expenses include basal metabolic rate, chronic stress management, and low-grade inflammation. The true ‘taxable’ reserve is what remains for discretionary activities, repair, and anabolic processes. A high biological ‘tax rate’ due to chronic stress severely limits this reserve.
