Tamoxifen Clomid Protocol

Meaning

The Tamoxifen Clomid Protocol is a clinical strategy used primarily in male hormonal health to stimulate endogenous testosterone production by selectively blocking estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus and pituitary gland. Tamoxifen (a Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator, SERM) and Clomid (Clomiphene Citrate, also a SERM) act to prevent estrogen from exerting its negative feedback, thereby increasing the secretion of LH and FSH. This increase directly stimulates the testes to produce more testosterone and support spermatogenesis.
