Systemic Toxicity Reduction

Meaning

Systemic toxicity reduction is the clinical objective of decreasing the overall burden of harmful substances and inflammatory byproducts circulating throughout the body, which compromise cellular function and accelerate aging. This encompasses the neutralization and clearance of endogenous toxins, such as advanced glycation end products (AGEs) and the pro-inflammatory secretome from senescent cells, as well as exogenous environmental pollutants. A lower systemic toxicity burden is directly correlated with improved metabolic health, enhanced cellular signaling, and a reduced risk of chronic disease. This is a critical, foundational step in any comprehensive longevity protocol.
