Systemic Overload

Meaning

Systemic overload is a clinical state where the body’s homeostatic and detoxification mechanisms are overwhelmed by an excessive burden of stressors, including chronic psychological stress, persistent inflammatory signaling, or high levels of metabolic toxins. This condition leads to widespread dysfunction, often manifesting as adrenal fatigue, hormonal resistance, and chronic inflammation. Systemic overload severely diminishes the body’s adaptive capacity and overall resilience.
