Systemic Optimization Cycles

Meaning

A structured, clinical methodology that systematically and sequentially targets different, interconnected physiological pathways—such as gut health, cellular energy production, or hormonal signaling—over defined periods to achieve cumulative and integrated improvements in systemic function. These cycles move beyond static, continuous interventions to leverage the body’s adaptive plasticity and prevent receptor desensitization. The goal is to maximize the therapeutic impact, avoid tolerance, and drive sustained biological change.
