Systemic Erosion

Meaning

Systemic Erosion describes the progressive, pervasive deterioration of functional integrity across multiple, interconnected physiological systems within the organism. This state is frequently driven by chronic inflammatory burden, sustained metabolic overload, or long-term endocrine axis dysregulation. Clinically, it manifests as a generalized reduction in physiological reserve, rendering the individual less resilient to stress.
