Systemic Drift Management

Meaning

Systemic Drift Management is the proactive, longitudinal clinical strategy employed to detect, quantify, and correct the gradual, often subtle, deterioration or shift in an individual’s physiological and biochemical set points away from their youthful or optimal state. This drift, commonly observed in hormonal and metabolic parameters with aging, leads to chronic, low-grade dysfunction and increased disease vulnerability. Effective management requires continuous monitoring and targeted, preemptive intervention.
