Systemic De-Flammation

Meaning

Systemic De-Flammation refers to the clinical process of actively reducing and resolving chronic, low-grade, body-wide inflammation, which is a key driver of aging and nearly all non-communicable diseases. This state is achieved by identifying and eliminating underlying inflammatory triggers, such as gut dysbiosis, chronic infections, or dietary antigens, and implementing targeted anti-inflammatory therapies. The successful achievement of de-flammation is clinically verified by a sustained reduction in circulating inflammatory biomarkers like high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP).
