System Stability

Meaning

System Stability is the physiological state of dynamic equilibrium, or homeostasis, across all major integrated organ systems, including the endocrine, immune, nervous, and cardiovascular systems. It represents the body’s robust capacity to resist internal and external perturbations and rapidly return all biomarkers to their optimal set points following a challenge. Maintaining this stability is the primary objective of preventative and longevity medicine, as chronic instability is a measurable precursor to disease development.
