System Resilience Training

Meaning

A holistic training methodology designed to enhance the adaptive capacity and robustness of the body’s core physiological systems, including the cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, and endocrine frameworks, against diverse stressors. This involves the systematic application of controlled, hormetic stressors—such as targeted exercise, thermal exposure, or intermittent fasting—followed by structured recovery. The goal is to elevate the functional threshold and significantly reduce the allostatic load on the entire organism.
