System Resilience Quantification

Meaning

System Resilience Quantification is the clinical process of measuring and numerically assessing the ability of an individual’s integrated physiological systems—including the neuroendocrine, metabolic, and immune systems—to resist disruption, recover rapidly from stressors, and maintain homeostatic equilibrium. This quantification moves beyond simple static lab values to evaluate the dynamic, adaptive capacity of the body. A high resilience score indicates a robust capacity for adaptation and a lower biological age.
