Sub-Optimal Chemistry

Meaning

Sub-Optimal Chemistry is a state of biochemical imbalance or functional inefficiency within the body’s internal milieu, where key metabolic intermediates, nutrient cofactors, or regulatory hormones are present at concentrations below the ideal range for peak physiological function. This condition, while not overtly pathological, predisposes an individual to reduced vitality, poor adaptation to stress, and accelerated aging. It represents a clinical state falling short of true optimal physiological status.
