Structural Integrity Science

Meaning

Structural Integrity Science is a multidisciplinary field focused on the clinical assessment and optimization of the physical strength, density, and functional coherence of key biological structures, including bone, muscle, connective tissue, and the vascular endothelium. This science recognizes that the physical architecture of the body is a fundamental determinant of health, mobility, and metabolic function. The clinical goal is to maintain youthful tissue strength and resilience, which is critically dependent on a balanced hormonal environment. A decline in structural integrity is a significant predictor of frailty and age-related disability.
