Spousal Data Sharing

Meaning

Spousal Data Sharing is the clinical practice of aggregating and jointly analyzing the objective physiological and behavioral data collected from both partners in a relationship to gain a comprehensive view of their “dyadic health.” This data includes lab results, continuous glucose monitoring readings, wearable technology metrics (sleep, activity), and subjective health reports. The goal is to identify patterns of co-regulation and shared risk factors that are invisible when treating each partner in isolation.
