Sleep Fragmentation Mitigation

Meaning

Interventions aimed at reducing the number of brief, often unnoticed awakenings or shifts into lighter sleep stages that disrupt the restorative architecture of the sleep cycle. Successful mitigation ensures longer, uninterrupted periods of Slow-Wave Sleep (SWS) and REM sleep, which are essential for hormonal regulation and cellular repair. We seek to stabilize nocturnal physiology.
