Restorative Cycle Integrity

Meaning

Restorative Cycle Integrity is a concept describing the quality and completeness of the body’s nightly repair and regeneration processes, primarily encompassing deep Slow-Wave Sleep (SWS), REM sleep, and the associated hormonal and glymphatic clearance activities. High integrity means the physiological systems efficiently complete the necessary cellular repair, metabolic waste removal, and anabolic hormone release required for optimal daytime function. Compromised integrity, often due to fragmented sleep or chronic stress, leads to cumulative physiological debt and accelerates age-related decline.
