Reproductive Markers

Meaning

A collection of measurable biochemical substances, hormones, and physiological indicators used in clinical endocrinology to assess the function, capacity, and status of the male and female reproductive systems. These markers include key hormones such as Follicle-Stimulating Hormone (FSH), Luteinizing Hormone (LH), Anti-Müllerian Hormone (AMH), and sex steroids, as well as clinical indicators like semen analysis or ovarian follicle count. They provide objective data for diagnosing infertility, monitoring hormonal treatments, and evaluating the transition through perimenopause.
