Post-TRT Recovery Protocols

Meaning

A structured series of clinical and pharmacological interventions designed to facilitate the restoration of endogenous (natural) testosterone production after a period of exogenous Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT). These protocols aim to reactivate the suppressed Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Gonadal (HPG) axis to ensure the body can produce adequate levels of its own hormones. They are essential for patients discontinuing TRT, whether temporarily or permanently.
