Physique Biomarkers

Meaning

Physique Biomarkers are quantifiable, physical characteristics and body composition metrics that serve as measurable indicators of underlying hormonal status, metabolic health, and systemic aging. These markers include, but are not limited to, the ratio of lean muscle mass to adipose tissue, bone mineral density, skin thickness and elasticity, and specific patterns of fat distribution. Clinically, they provide non-invasive, visible evidence of the long-term efficacy or deficiency of key endocrine axes, particularly the somatotropic and gonadal systems.
