Physiological Repair Cycles

Meaning

The intrinsic, cyclical biological processes that are predominantly activated during periods of deep rest, particularly Slow-Wave Sleep (SWS), dedicated to the systematic restoration and maintenance of somatic and cellular integrity. These cycles fundamentally encompass tissue regeneration, robust protein synthesis, cellular detoxification, and the majority of Growth Hormone (GH) release. The fidelity and sufficient duration of these cycles are direct, measurable determinants of physical recovery, immunological strength, and overall longevity.
