Physiological Needs

Meaning

Physiological Needs, in a clinical context, are the fundamental biological requirements necessary for human survival and the maintenance of systemic homeostasis, including adequate oxygenation, hydration, optimal nutrient supply, thermoregulation, and sufficient sleep. These are the baseline biological imperatives that must be met before any higher-level hormonal or wellness interventions can be successfully implemented. Chronic unmet needs directly lead to endocrine dysregulation and systemic stress.
