Physiological Fingerprinting

Meaning

Physiological fingerprinting is the process of identifying or authenticating an individual based on the unique, composite, and dynamic pattern of their continuous physiological and behavioral metrics. This individualized signature is created by combining high-resolution data streams such as heart rate variability, sleep architecture, core body temperature fluctuations, and specific hormonal pulse patterns. This highly unique, dynamic biomarker profile is virtually impossible to replicate or to fully anonymize.
