Physiological Authority

Meaning

Physiological Authority describes the inherent capacity of the body’s homeostatic and regulatory systems to maintain optimal internal balance and rapidly adapt to external and internal stressors. A state of high physiological authority signifies robust endocrine, metabolic, and autonomic nervous system resilience, allowing the individual to operate effectively across a wide range of environmental demands. Loss of this authority manifests as chronic dysregulation, poor stress tolerance, and diminished vitality.
