Physiological Attrition Mitigation

Meaning

A proactive, multi-system strategy aimed at significantly slowing the cumulative wear and tear, or ‘attrition,’ on the body’s tissues, organs, and cellular structures that typically occurs with chronological aging and chronic metabolic stress. Mitigation involves targeted interventions to actively preserve functional capacity and structural integrity across the entire biological landscape. This clinical goal is fundamental to extending healthspan and maintaining a youthful physiological state.
