Physical Stamina Loss

Meaning

Physical Stamina Loss refers to the measurable, progressive decline in the body’s capacity to sustain prolonged physical or mental effort, often manifesting as premature fatigue, reduced endurance, and a slower recovery rate following exertion. In endocrinology, this symptom is frequently a direct clinical manifestation of suboptimal hormonal status, particularly deficiencies in thyroid hormone, testosterone, or growth hormone, or chronic dysregulation of the HPA axis. It is a critical functional biomarker of diminished metabolic and physiological reserve.
