Personal Capability

Meaning

Personal Capability, in a physiological context, refers to the sum total of an individual’s inherent biological reserve and their developed capacity to adapt to metabolic stress, maintain anabolic balance, and execute necessary repair functions. It is the measurable potential for functional output beyond routine homeostatic maintenance, heavily influenced by the efficiency of the endocrine system. We assess this capability to determine resilience against chronic disease processes. This represents the operational bandwidth of one’s physiology.
