Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia type 2, or MEN2, describes a group of rare, inherited cancer syndromes marked by the development of specific tumors in endocrine glands. This autosomal dominant disorder primarily involves the thyroid gland, adrenal glands, and parathyroid glands, manifesting in distinct clinical subtypes known as MEN2A, MEN2B, and Familial Medullary Thyroid Carcinoma (FMTC).
