Mind-Body Synchronicity refers to the state of harmonious, efficient bidirectional communication and alignment between cognitive and emotional processes (the mind) and the underlying physiological and hormonal functions (the body). Achieving this synchronicity implies that the autonomic nervous system, the endocrine system, and the central nervous system are working cohesively, resulting in enhanced stress resilience, emotional stability, and optimal physical health.
