Master Regulators

Meaning

Master Regulators are the primary control centers within the human physiology that exert disproportionate influence over multiple downstream systems, most notably the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal (HPA) axis, the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Gonadal (HPG) axis, and the Thyroid Axis. Optimization of these regulators is prerequisite for achieving systemic hormonal balance and overall vitality. They govern the body’s core adaptive responses.
