Master Regulator Recalibration

Meaning

Master Regulator Recalibration is the clinical process of restoring the optimal function and synchronized communication between the body’s central endocrine control centers, specifically the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal (HPA), Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Gonadal (HPG), and Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Thyroid (HPT) axes. Age, chronic stress, and environmental factors can desynchronize these axes, leading to systemic dysregulation. Recalibration aims to re-establish the precise, rhythmic feedback loops characteristic of a youthful, robust endocrine system.
