Master Control System Reset

Meaning

A clinical or lifestyle intervention designed to fundamentally recalibrate the central regulatory axes of the body, most notably the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) and hypothalamic-pituitary-gonadal (HPG) axes. The objective is to break cycles of chronic dysregulation, restore sensitivity to feedback loops, and re-establish proper hormonal rhythmicity. This reset is a powerful strategy for addressing systemic hormonal imbalance and stress-induced dysfunction.
