Liver Optimization

Meaning

Liver Optimization refers to the active management of hepatic function to ensure maximal efficiency in its roles related to nutrient conversion, detoxification, and endocrine hormone metabolism. This is vital because the liver is the primary site for clearing spent steroid hormones, such as estrogen and cortisol metabolites, and activating the potent thyroid hormone $text{T3}$. Suboptimal liver function invariably leads to endocrine congestion and systemic metabolic inefficiency. We aim for robust, synchronized Phase I and Phase II detoxification capacity.
