LH Stimulation

Meaning

LH Stimulation refers to the process of increasing the secretion or activity of Luteinizing Hormone (LH). This can occur naturally through physiological mechanisms or be induced therapeutically through pharmacological intervention. Luteinizing Hormone is a critical gonadotropic hormone synthesized and released by the anterior pituitary gland, playing a central role in the regulation of reproductive function in both sexes.
