Internal KPIs

Meaning

Internal KPIs, or Key Performance Indicators, are a set of quantifiable metrics specifically chosen and tracked within an individual’s personalized wellness program or a corporate health initiative to measure progress toward specific, non-public operational or physiological goals. These indicators provide a subjective or objective assessment of system function that is more granular than standard clinical markers. They serve as actionable feedback loops for behavioral and clinical adjustments.
