Intelligent Biology

Meaning

The overarching concept that the human biological system is an intrinsically adaptive, self-regulating network capable of making dynamic, coordinated decisions at the cellular and systemic level to maintain homeostasis and survival. This intelligence is expressed through complex feedback loops, gene expression regulation, and hormonal signaling that optimize function in response to environmental and internal stimuli. Clinical practice aims to support and restore this innate regulatory capacity.
