Inflammatory Load Management

Meaning

Inflammatory Load Management is the clinical strategy focused on reducing the cumulative burden of chronic, low-grade systemic inflammation that negatively impacts endocrine function, tissue sensitivity, and overall metabolic health. High inflammatory load, often measured via markers like high-sensitivity CRP or specific cytokines, directly interferes with insulin signaling and steroid hormone receptor function. Reducing this load is prerequisite for achieving true hormonal optimization. We aim to decrease the baseline systemic irritants that drain physiological resources.
