Inclusive Design

Meaning

The principle of creating health and wellness strategies, including diagnostic protocols and therapeutic plans, that are inherently accessible and effective across the full spectrum of human physiological variation, acknowledging differences in endocrine profiles and genetic expression. This means designing interventions that account for age-related hormonal shifts, sex-specific metabolic needs, and individual receptor polymorphisms. We must ensure that our approaches serve the entire patient population without requiring extensive individual retrofitting.
