Human System Command Layer

Meaning

The Human System Command Layer is a conceptual framework that refers to the master regulatory systems within the body, primarily the Neuroendocrine and Central Nervous Systems, that govern all subordinate physiological processes and maintain systemic homeostasis. This layer acts as the central intelligence and control unit, integrating internal and external stimuli to orchestrate the body’s adaptive responses. Dysfunction at this command layer often precedes overt pathology in peripheral organ systems.
