Feedback Loop Rectification

Meaning

Feedback Loop Rectification is the clinical strategy of deliberately restoring the sensitivity, accuracy, and responsiveness of the body’s internal hormonal regulatory circuits. These vital control systems, such as the Hypothalamic-Pituitary-Adrenal (HPA) or Gonadal (HPG) axes, often become dysregulated due to chronic stress, aging, or exogenous hormonal influences. The goal of rectification is to re-establish proper communication between the control center (hypothalamus/pituitary) and the effector glands (adrenals/gonads). Successful rectification ensures the body can maintain hormonal balance autonomously, promoting long-term stability and resilience.
