Durable Physiology

Meaning

Durable Physiology describes the sustained capacity of an individual’s biological systems to maintain homeostasis and adapt effectively to internal and external stressors over extended periods. This robustness is fundamentally dependent on resilient endocrine feedback loops that prevent functional degradation under challenge. It is the measure of how well the body resists shifts away from its optimal physiological set points despite aging or environmental perturbations. We seek a physiological state characterized by long-term functional integrity.
