Chronosynaptic Resilience

Meaning

Chronosynaptic Resilience describes the capacity of neural circuits to maintain robust and consistent synaptic signaling fidelity across varying temporal scales, particularly in response to predictable daily shifts in internal biochemical milieu. This resilience ensures that cognitive and motor functions remain stable despite the natural ebb and flow of neuroendocrine activity throughout the day. It is a measure of temporal robustness in the communication network. We seek to ensure signaling remains accurate irrespective of the circadian phase.
