Biological Set Point Recalibration

Meaning

Biological Set Point Recalibration is the process of intentionally shifting the homeostatic regulatory targets for key physiological variables, such as body composition metrics or basal metabolic rate, back toward an optimal, healthy range when they have drifted due to chronic environmental or behavioral misalignment. This is a restorative endocrine process. We seek to reset the internal physiological baseline.
