Biological Limits

Meaning

Biological Limits define the inherent, genetically and physiologically constrained boundaries within which any human system, including the endocrine network, can effectively operate. These boundaries are essential checkpoints for maintaining cellular integrity and systemic equilibrium across varying internal and external demands. Understanding these constraints prevents the pursuit of unsustainable physiological states that might lead to pathology. We recognize that homeostasis requires operating within established, albeit dynamic, parameters.
