Bio-Rhythm Management

Meaning

The clinical practice of regulating and synchronizing the body’s intrinsic biological cycles, notably the circadian, ultradian, and infradian rhythms, to optimize health and function. Proper management ensures the timely release of hormones, neurotransmitters, and enzymes that govern sleep-wake cycles, metabolism, and cognitive performance. Disruptions to these rhythms, known as chronodisruption, are directly linked to metabolic and hormonal dysfunction. Effective bio-rhythm management is essential for long-term physiological stability.
